Axis Fire India Pvt. Ltd. (“Axis Fire India”, “we”, “us”) is a fire protection and fire safety services company established in 2013, with its office at Green India Palace (Vishal Mega Mart), Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://axisfireindia.net, why we collect it, how we use and store it, who else may process it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries that reach us through it.

We keep data collection deliberately narrow. We only ask for what we need in order to understand a fire safety requirement and respond to it.

Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form or quote form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Name — so we know who we are speaking to.
• Phone number — the primary way our technical team responds to enquiries.
• Email address — used to send quotations, scope documents and written replies.
• Company or organisation name — where the enquiry is made on behalf of a business, society, institution or facility.
• Site details — the building location, building type, approximate area, occupancy, the service you are interested in, and any information you give us about systems already installed. This is what allows us to size a survey and prepare a meaningful scope.
• Your message — the free-text description of your requirement, including any attachments or photographs you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools record technical information such as your approximate location (city level, derived from IP address), browser and device type, the pages you viewed, referring URL and time of visit. Our basis for processing is your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us), the performance of a contract where you have engaged us, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving a business website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for any purpose unrelated to your fire safety requirement.

This website is built to load third-party measurement and advertising scripts only when they have been configured by the site owner. If the corresponding identifier has not been set, the script is not rendered and no request is made to that provider. Where they are enabled, the following may be used:

We keep the list of third parties short. Depending on how the site and our office systems are configured, your information may be handled by:

• Our web hosting and infrastructure provider — which stores the website and processes form submissions in transit.
• Our email provider — enquiry emails are delivered to and stored in our business mailbox.
• Messaging platforms — where you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to the platform’s own privacy terms as well as ours.
• Analytics and advertising providers — as listed in section 4, and only when configured.

Some of these providers operate servers outside India, which means your information may be transferred to and stored in another country. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party, and we do not share enquiry details with other contractors or suppliers without your instruction.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority, court or regulator.

• Enquiries that do not proceed — retained for up to 24 months, because fire safety enquiries frequently resume after a budget or approval cycle, then deleted.
• Quotations and scope documents — retained for up to 3 years so that pricing and design assumptions can be revisited.
• Executed projects and AMC contracts — retained for the life of the contract and afterwards for as long as required for warranty, commissioning records, tax and statutory accounting purposes.
• Website analytics — retained in aggregated form according to the retention period configured in the relevant analytics platform.

When a retention period ends, records are deleted or anonymised. Where a record must be kept for a statutory reason, we keep only what the obligation requires.

This website is served over HTTPS, so information submitted through our forms is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data inside our office is limited to the people who need it to respond to you — typically the technical and sales team handling the enquiry.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send bank details, passwords, identity document numbers or other sensitive personal data through the website forms or WhatsApp. We will never ask you for a password or an OTP.

You may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your enquiry record, where we are not required to keep it for a contractual, warranty, tax or statutory reason.
• Withdraw consent to being contacted, or ask us to stop sending service and maintenance reminders.

To make any of these requests, email info@axisfireindia.net with the subject line “Data request”, and tell us which of the above you want and enough detail for us to find your record — usually the phone number or email address you used when contacting us. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to verify that the request is genuinely yours before we act on it.

Our services are sold to building owners, occupiers, facility managers, societies, institutions and businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to external sites — for example Google Maps, WhatsApp, or a manufacturer’s product page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their own privacy policies before submitting information to them.

We may update this policy as our website, tools or legal obligations change. The current version is always published at https://axisfireindia.net/privacy-policy with the revision date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected in an updated date; please check back periodically.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests should go to the office. We would rather answer a question directly than have you guess at what we do with your data.
