Workmanship. We warrant our installation workmanship for the period stated in the project contract. Defects in our workmanship reported within that period are rectified at no charge.
Equipment. Panels, detectors, pumps, valves, heads, pipework and extinguishers carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We pass that warranty through to you and assist with claims, but we do not extend it beyond the manufacturer’s stated terms.
What warranty does not cover. Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, work carried out by others, vandalism, water quality or supply problems, power supply faults, consumables and normal wear, and any failure arising because scheduled maintenance was not carried out.
AMC. Annual Maintenance Contracts are separate agreements with their own scope, visit frequency, inclusions and response commitments. An AMC typically covers scheduled inspection, testing, servicing and breakdown attendance; whether spare parts, refilling or replacement components are included depends on the contract you sign. Read the AMC schedule — we write it in plain terms precisely so it can be read.
A fire protection system requires periodic inspection and testing to remain reliable. Where a system is left unmaintained, or maintained by others outside our scope, we cannot be responsible for its condition or performance.
