Is the fire safety quotation free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Site inspection, requirement analysis and the written quotation are provided free of charge. You only commit once you have seen the scope of work and agreed the pricing.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and complexity of the system. For a straightforward extinguisher, alarm or AMC scope we can usually turn the quotation around within a few working days of the site visit. Larger hydrant, sprinkler and integrated projects need hydraulic calculation and equipment selection, so they take longer — we tell you the expected date on the call.

What information do you need from me to prepare a quote?

The building type and occupancy, approximate built-up area, number of floors, what fire safety provision already exists on site, and the location. Architectural or MEP drawings help but are not essential — if you do not have them, our engineer takes the measurements during the site visit.

Do you visit the site before quoting?

Accepted Answer

For anything beyond simple equipment supply, yes. Fire protection design depends on layout, travel distances, riser positions, pump room space and existing pipework, and none of that can be judged reliably from a phone call. The site inspection is part of the free quotation process.

Do you work outside Delhi NCR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are headquartered in Noida Sector 62 and work across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad, and we execute fire protection projects all over India — including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.

What does the quotation actually include?

Accepted Answer

A defined scope of work: system design basis, equipment selection with make and specification, quantities, installation scope, testing and commissioning inclusions, and where relevant the AMC option after handover. Anything excluded is stated so there are no additions later.

Can you quote for taking over an existing system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with a condition survey of the existing installation — panels, detectors, pumps, valves, pipework and extinguishers — then quote for the repair, upgrade or AMC scope that the current condition actually justifies.

How much does a fire protection system cost?

Accepted Answer

There is no per-square-foot figure that survives contact with a real building. Cost follows the system that is actually required — pump and tank capacity, the length and diameter of the pipework, the number of detection devices and sprinkler heads, how much of the existing installation can be reused, and how much of the work has to be done out of hours in an occupied building. That is why we quote after a site visit and not before. The site inspection and the written quotation are free, and the quotation states what is included and what is excluded so there are no additions later. Prices hold for the validity period printed on the quotation.
