Greater Noida is an industrial city first, and the fire protection it needs reflects that. Ecotech, Surajpur, Kasna, Site IV and the Yamuna Expressway belt are dominated by manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses and logistics parks — buildings with large uninterrupted floor areas, high storage racking and process risks that a standard office specification simply does not address.
That shapes what we design here. Warehouse work is dominated by sprinkler hydraulics: the head spacing, the K-factor and the density-area requirement all follow from the commodity class and the storage height, and getting that wrong means a system that looks complete but cannot control a fire in a rack. Manufacturing plants bring hydrant ring mains around the plot, hose reels positioned for the actual working areas, foam provision where flammable liquids are handled, and clean-agent or CO2 suppression for switchgear and control rooms.
The other half of Greater Noida is newer than that — the residential towers around Alpha, Zeta and the Pari Chowk corridor, and the university and college campuses that have grown alongside them. Those need wet risers, basement sprinklers, staircase and lobby detection, and evacuation planning for buildings that hold large numbers of people who do not live there permanently.
